Mr. Willis is responsible for sourcing RV community acquisition and development opportunities as well as management of the current portfolio.

 

Prior to joining Turnstone Group, Mr. Willis founded and served as Managing Principal of Chord Capital, a boutique private investment firm focused on structured finance transactions at the intersection of commercial real estate and renewable energy.  Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets for Stonemont Financial Group, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate investment firm.  During his tenure, Stonemont completed over $450 million of development and acquisitions throughout the United States.  Prior to joining Stonemont, Mr. Willis held multiple positions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and SunTrust Bank.  In the real estate investment banking group, he focused on the origination of structured finance transactions, specifically sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments.  Mr. Willis also worked in the CRE line of business at SunTrust Bank where he founded and led the bank’s first dedicated CRE loan sales group.  Later he would add management of the bank’s commercial REO group to his responsibilities.

 

Brice received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
